• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using the service for any commercial purpose not authorized by your subscription
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Anti-Spam Policy

You must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. You may only send emails to recipients who have given consent. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

EmailSendy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
